Donation Policy
LIFE HELPOINT FOUNDATION accepts donations for social causes. Since these contributions are utilized for charitable activities and immediate relief work, donations once made are generally non-refundable.
Erroneous Donations
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you have made an error in your donation amount or a duplicate transaction has occurred, we are happy to assist you.
Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Any request beyond this period will not be entertained as funds may have already been allocated to ongoing projects.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) used during the donation. Processing fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.
